6. Teacher Directory

Teachers listed in our directory are independent contractors, not employees of Cello Loft. We do not guarantee the quality of instruction from any teacher. Teachers are responsible for:

• Setting their own rates and policies
• Maintaining accurate profile information
• Complying with all applicable laws
• Their own tax obligations

7. Affiliate Program

Teachers may earn affiliate commissions when their students enroll in courses. Commission rates are:

• $5/month per student for non-certified teachers
• $10/month per student for certified teachers

Commissions are paid monthly for active subscriptions. We reserve the right to modify commission rates with 30 days notice.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the operation of our services
